Country of incorporation
The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 8 July 2005 under the Bermuda Companies Act as an exempted limited liability company with registered number 37068. The Company is currently involved in exploration activities in Zambia and Mozambique.
On 10 September 2007 Zambezi Nickel changed its name to Lithic Metals & Energy.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of Lithic Metals and Energy's Securities.
